•Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
•Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless defective.

4.Upon inspection and approval, your refund will be processed.
Refund Timeline

Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
